1. There isn't , sorry! I have them on my AC spreadsheet for my own tracking but there's no player version or IC version. But having your character ask about them could be a great CR avenue!
2. CRAU items are fine, with the caveat that they may not work exactly as they did before (if it's a powered item, etc) and it isn't game disruptive.
