1. User names are changeable! Let's say there's some sort of IC cooldown so people can't do it every 30 seconds or something, but honestly I'm not going to harsh anyone's fun by setting some kind of firm OOC restriction on it.

2. Sure! A secondary ID is probably a lot easier, as new devices usually only come with each new arrival (a good point to clarify in the section above, I'll add that, thanks!) but setting up a "dummy" username wouldn't be that hard for anyone.
