You don't need to lay out every detail of the plot at this stage — usually 3-4 solid sentences will suffice, just to give an idea of the impact and theme. Please try to give at last a week's notice if the event/plot is time sensitive (for example, if you want it to start/end on a specific day). Most events/plots should have an accompanying OOC post made ideally a few days in advance of the plot starting, especially if there's any kind of signup aspect.
