However I've done my best to parse them here!
1. Chaos Magic Manipulation: This fits with the character's existing permissions/nerfs, all good.
2. Reality Manipulation: As reality warping falls under one of the two main power nerfs for the game, this would not be accessible as laid out in the above comment within the game.
3. Conjuration: This ability fits with the character's existing permissions/nerfs, although for game breakage avoidance, I'd limit the scale of the conjurations to say... house sized. Use good judgment!
4. Time Manipulation: Will need to be nerfed from the scale as presented in the above comment, and limited to Wanda's person or her vicinity of 1 block, and will require permission from the other player(s) if it will also impact their characters.
5. Teleportation: This ability is fine, it is auto-nerfed by the game rules to being limited within Svelte's borders.
6. Transmutation: This ability is fine; player permission required if it is on someone else's character.
7. Electricity Manipulation: This ability fits with the character's existing permissions/nerfs, and limited to the scale of 1 city block of impact at a time. (Please note this will not affect the Svelte framework, ie; Wanda will not be able to make the simulation itself lose power, etc.)
